Delete your Nudge account
You can delete your Nudge account and its data at any time. You do not need to give a reason.
How to delete your account
In the app
Open Nudge → Settings → Delete account, and confirm with the code we send to your WhatsApp. This is the fastest way: deletion starts immediately.
By email, if you cannot use the app
- Write to support@swiftinfocorp.com with the subject "Delete my Nudge account", and include the mobile number you used for Nudge.
- To protect you, we confirm that the request comes from the number's owner by sending a code to that number on WhatsApp. Reply with the code.
- We delete the account within 7 days of confirming, and email you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account, mobile number and settings
- All your reminders, including their text, schedules and activity
- Your sign-ins, devices and notification tokens
- Any scheduled notifications and WhatsApp messages, which are cancelled immediately
Your reminder text is protected by an encryption key unique to you. On deletion, that key is destroyed, so any copy left in our encrypted backups becomes permanently unreadable. Backups themselves expire within 35 days.
What is kept, and for how long
Indian law requires us to keep some records for a period after an account is deleted. These contain no reminder text:

After these periods, the records are deleted.
Deleting only some data
You do not have to delete your account to delete data. You can:
- delete any reminder in the app; its text is destroyed immediately
- choose how long finished reminders are kept (7–365 days) under Settings
- turn off WhatsApp reminders, or reply STOP on WhatsApp
